We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive who has a good understanding of IT / Software services and can effectively communicate with clients to generate leads, build relationships, and convert them into business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the IT/Software sector.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services or solutions.
Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and product demos.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and prepare regular reports on lead status and conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of software development, web solutions, and IT services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle client interactions and negotiate deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and online bidding platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
